It is amazing how we are drawn to items of a golden ratio. Yet when trying to photograph an image, immediatly I wanted to center it, both in the lense of the camera and where it sat. While creating the collage I decided to play around in Picasa a bit.
I think that idea of centering comes from our brain "symmetry" and balance is what we are drawn too...

ReplyDeleteIt does not help that most manuals will show how to use a camera by centering everything you shoot..
